Lemon and poppy seed pancakes for the recipe click here, the Pinterest ones look amazing, but I was sure mine although not as pretty, tasted just as delicious. Yum, yum, yummy!
(I never buy buttermilk especially for recipes that call for it like this one. I just add some white vinegar to the milk. How much vinegar I hear you ask? Well, it's not too accurate but until it starts to look curdled, it's about 4 tablespoons to 2 cups of milk)
Those pancakes looks yummy alright !! thanks for the buttermilk tip. Really enjoying your blog now that you are up and "posting" again - missed it. Thanks for all your inspiration. Julie :-)
ReplyDelete(ps. I made some of your soy candle teacups for christmas gifts and they were sooo well received - thanks again!)
They look delicious! (yours do too!) :D
ReplyDeleteI love those flavours together but I've never tried them in a pancake. My toddler loves making pancakes with me - we shall have to give this a go. Thanks!
