tis the season

I have a little Christmas giveaway to send to one lucky reader. I small sack of magic reindeer food that I talked about here, a little wooden star made out of Rimu timber, some of my favourite chocolate and perhaps a little surprise too.

All you need to do is leave a comment in this post and I'll draw a winner on Monday. Maybe you could tell me about a special Christmas tradition you have, but don't feel you have to!

Happy weekend.

I've decided to keep this giveaway open for a few more days. I'll draw a winner on Wednesday - I'm loving hearing all these traditions! What great traditions to have.

  9. Hi. Hope I'm not too late for the draw. Our Christmas tradition involves berry picking (well eating mainly, but some get in the bucket)

  11. What a lovely giveaway :-) We have decided to banish all our 'northern-hemishpehere decorations' & start our own aussie-summer-christmas theme. Snowmen, snowflakes & cold weather is so irrelevant to us!
    Malea :-)

  12. Hi there. We also have a tradition of sprikling reindeer food down the drive - can't have enough glitter around Chritmas! And we always make Pepparkakor (traditional Swedish gingerbread biscuits) from a recipe given to us by a Swedish friend - We make lots of Christmas shapes with a little hole in the top - we then thread some red ribbon through and hang them up around the place and on the tree - the gingery cookie smell is amazing! And if anyone feels peckish, they don't have to go far....Have a happy week. (ps. email me for the recipe if you like...)
